PROCESSING 


All shipments will originate from one of our store locations in Southern California. Please note that orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. A shipment confirmation will be sent for each item as it is processed. 

Blue Eyed Girl is not responsible for any packages once delivery is confirmed via tracking information. NO shipping charges will be refunded for packages that are returned to us due to an undeliverable/incorrect address.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with photos so that we can file a claim with the carrier and issue a refund. If the customer decides files a claim with the carrier directly, we will be unable to provide a refund for the merchandise. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

All Orders Over $50 Within the Continental United States Ship for Free! 

Domestic Free Ship orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-4 business days shipping time.

UPS Ground is also available at the standard rate.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Need your items in a hurry? Select an expedited method at checkout! We offer UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express. All expedited orders are processed same-day, Monday - Friday.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail International. Price will vary by destination. 

By placing an International Order with us, you agree to the following terms:

Blue Eyed Girl accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Blue Eyed Girl has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Blue Eyed Girl will not ship to third party logistical or International forwarding centers.

We will not adjust or lower the claimed customs value of any items. This is to protect both parties from receiving proper reimbursement in the event of a lost/damaged package.
