Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If the item you ordered does not fit or is not to your liking we are happy to offer an exchange or refund to your original method of payment. To be eligible, the following requirements must be met. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy
○ All Sale items are FINAL SALE cannot be returned. There are NO exceptions.
○ Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date. Items returned past the 30 day period will be denied a refund and shipped back to you.
○ Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.
○ Must not be a hygenic final sale item (underwear and opened skincare/fragrances are final sale)
○ Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged and without postage labels.
○ Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or signs of wear will be denied a refund and shipped back to you.
Returns by Mail
See the Return Form in your package for full return shipping instructions. Return shipping is always the customer's responsibility - we do not offer free returns at this time. Items purchased online can be physically returned to a store location, but a refund would be processed separately within 1-2 business days. Online refunds cannot be processed at store registers.

Returns In Store
In store returns are easy and free! Simply bring your item(s) to any store location to process your return. Your refund will be issued within 24 hours.
Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt of your return for it to be processed. You will receive a Credit Memo via e-mail once processing is complete. Your funds should be posted to your account within 2-3 business days, depending on your payment method. We recommend creating an account at the time of your order so that you can easily keep track of shipments and refunds.
To exchange, please contact customer service to ensure that the desired item is in stock and can be set aside. Complete the return form included in your orginal package, and send your return back to us. Once we receive it, your new item will be shipped out and the difference will be refunded. If additional payment is required, we will contact you to collect it.
If you receive an item with any defect or damage, please e-mail a photo and your order number to [email protected] so that we can access the cause of the damage. You will be provided a pre-paid return label, and issued a replacement (if available) or refund.
