We want you to love your purchase! If the item you ordered does not fit or is not to your liking we are happy to offer an exchange or refund to your original method of payment within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the following requirements must be met. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Requirements
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
- To make a return or exchange, complete the return/exchange form found in your original shipment
- All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 21 days of original shipment date.
- Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories
- Must not be a final sale item (all sale items, intimates, jewelry, scarves and opened cosmetics/fragrances are final sale)
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged without postage labels.
Where do I send my return/exchange?
Please see the Return Form in your package for full return shipping instructions. Return shipping is always the customer's responsibility (unless the item is damaged/incorrect).
Items purchased online can be returned to a store location, but a refund would be processed separately within 1-2 business days. Online refunds cannot be processed at store registers.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt of your return for it to be processed. You will receive a Credit Memo via e-mail once processing is complete. Your funds should be posted to your account within 2-3 business days, depending on your payment method.
